About Hale Estates
Hale Estates is located just off of Westside Road in Conway, NH, 2 miles from the center of Conway.
Established in 1988, the original 200 acres was divided into 107 building lots located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley overlooking the Moats mountain range.
Phase I consisted of 51 home lots, all of which have been sold and 41 homes have been built to date.
Phase II site work was completed in late 2011, the Town & State approvals received in June, 2012 and 54 additional home lots came to market in May, 2016.
